Beacon Industries is a privately held CNC machine shop located in the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex. Established in 1976 and continuing to grow, Beacon Industries produces high-quality complex machined structural parts and assemblies out of our 100,000 sq/ft, climate-controlled manufacturing facility.

Multiple positions available:

The CNC machinist operates computers and mechanically controlled tools to produce components, with specializations in 3-axis, 4-axis, or 5-axis milling.

Must be detail-oriented, able to write and interpret production documents, and having a collaborative outlook is beneficial. Experience is required.

The CNC operator must be able to handle the computer numerical control machine. This primarily requires the maintenance, set up, and adjustment of the machine,

An ability to learn as well as apply knowledge of various software and hardware on multiple machines.

The deburrer is primarily responsible for setting up and operating machinery that grinds, smooths and buffs machine-produced parts.

Must be comfortable with the process of grinding and removing excess material, clean up, and surface modification during the post-production process.

Experience appreciated.

Manufacturing Support Technicians perform a variety of duties.

Primarily, they work to maintain, clean, and prep the manufacturing area and equipment.

Must be adaptable and schedule-oriented based on fabrication needs.

Experience appreciated.

An assembly worker produces components by assembling parts and subassemblies.

Must be able to read and decipher schematics, blueprints, and assembly instructions.

Must be comfortable aligning components and parts, either manually or with hoists.

The use of hand tools or machines to assemble parts is required, as well as the ability to conduct quality control checks.
